During implementation, we work with your organization to both define how ENTERPRISE will be used as well as develop up-to-date best practices that allow your organization to grow efficiently. We will analyze your organization's current business operations and offer strategies to strengthen best business practices using Enterprise coding structures, reports, selections and data import and export layouts. The resulting training plan, curriculum and end-user process guides are customized to meet the subtleties of your institution. By closely linking process with technology, ACCESS International is able to meet both the basic and complex needs of any organization.

Our strategy for implementation is broken down into the following phases:
 
Phase I Scope of Service
Access International distinguishes itself from common software vendors by placing process before technology. We believe that great campaign management systems should enable concrete non-profit business practices, not be a crutch for operational leadership. The objective of the first phase is to determine how your organization runs now, and where process can be improved. During the Scope of Service phase, ACCESS conducts a series of interviews with key staff members in each department and with the Management team to determine how to make
Enterprise work best for you. We draw on our 30 years of industry experience to focus our software on best practices in the areas of contact management, donor relations, financial reconciliation, security, and data analysis.

Phase II Implementation Prep Work:

Phase III Installation of ENTERPRISE

Phase IV - Post-Live Implementation & Continuing Education Program

We partner with our customers to improve the baseline day-to-day operations of museums, hospitals, public broadcasting networks, United Way's, and more. We are constantly anticipating our customer's needs to keep our software on the cutting edge of the fundraising industry and maintain the best practices encouraged by the system. After implementation, we do anything and everything to help our customers reach their full fundraising potential, including additional custom modifications, best practice guidance, end-user training, report development and continuing education programs.
