How will the data conversion work?
We worked very closely with the Rainbow experts at Sage and developed a one-of-a-kind, automated conversion that will transition your data - account records, gifts, attributes, attachments (even encrypted data) into Enterprise®CRM.

How long will the upgrade take?
While timelines will vary, we’ve developed an upgrade plan that will have most United Ways up and running in 45 to 90 days.

What about training?
The upgrade program includes initial as well as ongoing training.  The curriculum and pace will be tailored to your United Way’s needs and delivered either remotely (via the internet) or onsite.  We’ve also developed a Rainbow to Enterprise®CRM Guide and ‘cheat sheets’ to ease your transition.

I understand discounts will be tiered over time, can I lock-in the largest discount now and install later?
Yes, we’ve designed the pricing such that you can secure the largest discount now and install whenever it makes the most sense for you.  The UWs that ACT NOW will save the most money!

I’m intrigued by the idea of you hosting the software for us, what are the benefits?
You’re not alone – a growing number of customers are opting to have us host the software for them.  All you need is an internet connection!  This ‘pay-as-you-go’, subscription-based option makes lots of financial sense and eliminates the costs and technical know-how to set-up and maintain the servers and database in-house.  And it’s 100% secure!

Do you have an active user group?
Yes, very active!  Our customers are connected via ListServe, through our RemoteACCESS online Reference & Help library, in online discussion groups and webinars, and they always look forward to our annual User Group Conference.  We value their input so much, we encourage them to suggest and vote on the enhancements that will be included in the next software release!

We’re a United Way in Canada; does the software accommodate our address/postal code formatting and receipting requirements?
Yes, Enterprise®CRM has a set-up option that automatically changes the software to meet Canadian requirements and expectations.

Can I speak with UWs that already use Enterprise®CRM?
Absolutely, we’d be happy to put you in touch with customers that are similar to your UW so that you can learn about their experience and the advantages they enjoy.
